Having trouble submitting your online order? HELP AND TIPS ON COMPLETING YOUR CHECKOUT HERE!

Having had a few emails and phonecalls from customers who were unable to complete their online checkout, we thought we would post a few tips here!

1. Remember to click "view cart" on the left hand column. The website will not always automatically redirect you to the cart, nor is it always obvious that an item has been added. By clicking here you can view the items in your cart at any time. Sometimes items may not have been added ... see no.2...

2. On many items you will notice 1, 2 or even 3 lists of customisable options. It is important that you tick one box on each of these lists in order for your item to register. This is important because all of the jewellery is handmade, so we need to know the size, the colour, the shape or the kind of earring hook/stud that you require. Missing out any of the information will often mean the item is not added to the cart. You can check if it has been added by viewing the cart at any stage.

3. The Shipping/Handling option shows up as £1 on the checkout. On Paypal you will notice another £3 is added. This makes the total P&P £4 within the UK, and will rise very slightly for larger orders. Paypal tend to alter the shipping if it isn't added on to their site, which is why it has been set up this way.

4. At the moment Paypal is the only online option for payment. YOU DO NOT REQUIRE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Paypal allows you to make one off payments direct from your credit or debit card by simply entering a few details. 

5. If you prefer you can order via email: enquiries@girlpaua.co.uk (copy and paste from the "view cart" page or simply note the item code and any specific details you require). You can then send a payment via paypal (girlpaua@hotmail.com) OR other options include cheques and instant transfers, details of which will be supplied when you email your order.

We want to make the process of ordering as simple as possible, however we do know that sometimes there are some issues arising which are outwith our control. Please do contact us if you have any problems - these can be sorted very easily and orders are usually processed very quickly, so this small inconvenience should not delay your order in any way.
